Where to Request an Official Record
Start with MiCOURT to identify the court and case number, then contact the clerk that keeps the record. The Circuit clerk does not perform court searches by phone or email. County Services lists written court searches at $10 per name, with copies charged separately.

For Circuit mail requests, pay in advance and include a self-addressed stamped envelope. The Circuit clerk email is CircuitCourtClerk@lenawee.mi.us for office contact, but the court does not accept pleadings by email.
